The Triple-Shaft Mixer is a high-performance machine designed to efficiently mix materials and obtain a homogeneous mixture in industrial production processes. With triple mixing shafts operating simultaneously, these mixers enable faster and more effective mixing.
The Triple-Shaft Mixer delivers outstanding performance thanks to its powerful motor and special mixing shaft design. These shafts have the ability to operate simultaneously in many areas in the mixing chamber, helping to shorten processing time and increase production efficiency. Furthermore, speed and other operating parameters can be flexibly customized, ensuring high uniformity of material mixture. All surfaces in contact with the product are made of high-quality 304L stainless steel, meeting strict safety and hygiene standards.
The machine also has the capability to be raised or lowered through an electro-hydraulic system, allowing mixing at the desired height. In addition to our standard models, the machine can be manufactured according to your project with the engine power you desire.
The Triple-Shaft Mixer can be tailored to meet the exact requirements of each project. Customers can choose engine capacity, mixing speed, volume, explosion-proof design according to ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards.
