Structure of the Butterfly Mixer

The Butterfly Mixer is notable for its powerful motor and durable structure. All surfaces in contact with the product are made of high-quality 304L stainless steel, ensuring safety and sanitation.

Mixer arms have butterfly wings that can move forward and backward, thus ensuring homogeneous mixing of materials. The machine is also equipped with vibration and noise reduction systems, providing a comfortable working environment. Besides, the machine has independent mixing shafts, adjusting speed and time through inverter technology.

These mixers are designed with high safety features, allowing for immediate emergency stops in case of any malfunction or when operator intervention is needed, ensuring a safe and stable operation process.

The machine can also be raised or lowered using an electro-hydraulic system, allowing mixing at a desired height. Besides our standard models, the machine can be customized for your project with your preferred motor power.
