Structure of Planetary Mixer Machines

Planetary Mixer machines have a durable, robust construction made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long service life. With a powerful motor, they meet the demands for continuous and high-intensity use. All material-contact surfaces are crafted from 304L stainless steel, complying with safety standards.

The unique design of the mixing blades and rotating head ensures efficient mixing. The blades are arranged at multiple angles on the shaft, allowing materials to circulate from top to bottom and vice versa within the tank, achieving uniformity in a short time. Additionally, a scraping arm aids in moving materials off the tank walls, ensuring even distribution throughout.

With a friendly design, The Planetary Mixer is also equipped with a smart control panel, helping operators easily operate. Inverter technology allows flexible speed adjustment, along with an emergency stop button to enhance safety in bad situations or when operator intervention is required.

The machine also includes an automatic hydraulic lifting system, which supports mixing at different desired heights, increasing operational flexibility.
